While in detox each individual will be closely monitored by our nursing and medical staff to ensure all of their needs are met and they are as comfortable as possible.
Steps Recovery Center’s main objective is to give each and every client the best chance of long term, sustainable success. The drive and focus in our Residential Program is clinical stabilization. Each client participates in individual therapy, group therapy, case management, education groups, life skills groups, outdoor activities, physical wellbeing and fitness groups, nutritional wellness groups, spiritually exploring groups and other clinical elements that are vital to recovery. Residential treatment is made up of a program lasting 30-90 days depending on each client’s individual needs and abilities. Residential Treatment is where a client will live on site at one of our comfortable facilities and receive treatment at the same location. Staffed 24 hours a day by our highly trained personnel we create an environment of healing, hope and purpose.
Day treatment is slightly less intensive than residential treatment. Clients can return to home or have the option to move into one of our fully licensed recovery residences. Clients will still have a full treatment schedule with individual therapy, case management, group therapy, education groups and more. The goal with day treatment is transition back into society comfortably and safely. Clients will go to treatment during the day and home or to our recovery residences afterwards. Clients are encouraged to begin to adapt and adjust to life, while having full clinical and peer support to overcome the challenges and triggers that come with that step.
Intensive and General Outpatient treatment is based on individual client needs and progress. Depending on clinical recommendations clients will generally begin with 15 hours of combined individual therapy, case management and group therapy. As they progress in the program and the individual needs lessens, the amount of treatment hours is also reduced.
Aftercare treatment programs. Once a client graduates from our treatment programs. Clients are welcomed and encouraged to continue life long aftercare, for free. We love to have our alumni come share their accomplishments with us. We want to be that rock of support for our clients to continue to lean on when needed.
