About Sobrius – Lynchburg
Sobrius is the Latin word for “sober” or “clear-headed.” It represents a state of mind and body free from the influence of substances. We utilize the disease model of addiction to help individuals understand what addiction is, how it affects the brain, and why it is difficult to stop substance use.
