About Mission Connection - Washington Virtual Telehealth
Mission Connection offers virtual outpatient treatment for adults and teens, so people in Washington can get care from home. Their Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) gives clients 50+ hours of weekly group sessions to choose from, daily group therapy, and weekly individual therapy. Clients can attend virtually, in person at the Bellevue office, or in a mix of both, which makes it easier to keep up with work, school, and family.
Care is evidence-based and built around each person’s needs. Programming draws on CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and trauma-focused therapy, with sessions on goal setting, recovery strategies, healthy living, and family dynamics. Treatment addresses co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD alongside substance use. Psychiatry and medication management are available when appropriate. Family therapy and education can also be held virtually, so loved ones can take part from anywhere.
The team welcomes adults, teens, LGBTQ+ individuals, and veterans in a supportive, gender-inclusive setting. Mission Connection accepts many major commercial plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Anthem, and Kaiser Permanente.
