About Mission Connection - Virginia Virtual Telehealth
For people in Virginia, Mission Connection makes outpatient treatment possible from home. Adults and teens can join the Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) online, and those near Arlington can also come to the office for in-person sessions. The program is flexible enough to mix the two as your schedule changes.
A typical week includes a group session each day, one-on-one therapy with a clinician, and 50+ hours of group offerings to build a schedule from. The therapies include CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and trauma-focused care. Groups cover topics such as goal setting, anger and forgiveness, recovery strategies, and family dynamics. Psychiatric support and medication management are available when appropriate.
Because anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use often go hand in hand, treatment plans address them together. Family involvement is part of the program too, with family therapy and education offered virtually so relatives can join from wherever they are. The team serves adults, teens, LGBTQ+ individuals, and veterans.
