About Crestwyn Behavioral Health
A place of hope and healing.
Located in historic Germantown, Tennessee, just outside of Memphis, Crestwyn Behavioral Health helps people as young as 12 with mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by eliminating the barriers between patient and staff and allowing the two to work in close collaboration to determine the best course of action and treatment for the individual.
Crestwyn Behavioral Health is not a one-size-fits-all treatment center. Rather, we adapt our programs to the individual, making sure our therapies and treatment fit to what is truly ailing the patient and curing the root problem, not just the addiction. One day, we hope to be recognized as the leading behavioral health hospital. Until then, we will settle for being recognized for the understanding and sensitivity we provide our patients and their families, our appreciation and integration of the most current practices, and our open cooperation with other organizations for the benefit of our patients.
We invite families to take part in the recovery process. Not just to help the individual, but because we recognize that someone’s addiction can have an effect on every family member and repairing those relationship can be one of the greatest assets in rehabilitation. So, welcome to our safe, state-of-the-art facility, surrounded by trees, fields, flora, and fauna. If you or a loved one need help, do not hesitate to call.
