About Willow House 820 Residential

Willow House 820 Residential in Weston Mills, New York, is a 20-bed, co-ed residential program for adults 18 and older, run by CASA-Trinity, a substance use treatment provider serving five counties across the region. Certified by NYS OASAS as an 820 residential program, they provide care in a structured setting staffed around the clock, built around three phases: stabilization, rehabilitation, and reintegration. CASA-Trinity focuses on treating the whole person rather than the addiction alone and emphasizes trauma-informed care.

Residents receive individual and group counseling, mental health counseling, psychiatric evaluations, and case management, along with peer support, vocational help, family programming, and recreational activities. For people ready to step down, CASA-Trinity runs Westons Manor next door, a 16-bed reintegration residence for men focused on independent living skills, as well as scattered-site housing in nearby Olean for women and men. The wider organization also operates outpatient opioid treatment clinics, including one in Olean, that offer methadone, buprenorphine, Vivitrol, and other medications for opioid and alcohol use disorders. Admission starts with a referral form.
