About Willow Center
The Willow Center in Brownsburg, Indiana, is an outpatient provider of substance use treatment and mental health counseling, founded in 2012 by Ashley English, who is herself in long-term recovery. They help adults struggling with drug addiction, alcohol dependence, and co-occurring mental health concerns, meeting people where they are rather than defining them by their past. Care ranges from individual counseling and group treatment to an intensive outpatient program and ongoing continuing care, and the center holds CARF accreditation. A second location in Pittsboro offers age-appropriate services for children and adolescents.
Their intensive outpatient program uses ASAM criteria to confirm fit and blends individual therapy, group sessions, peer recovery coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and relapse prevention work, so clients can keep up with work and family while in treatment. A Wellness Center at the Brownsburg campus, opened in 2025, adds medication-assisted treatment, psychiatric medication management, and general medical visits. Beyond core treatment, they run weekend prevention education classes for adults and youth, an alumni program focused on staying connected and giving back, transportation help, coordinated care for Hendricks County Drug Court participants, and a reentry program inside the county jail. They accept most commercial plans, Medicaid, and Indiana Recovery Works, along with self-pay and out-of-network options.
