About Weston Manor RRi
Weston Manor, listed by CASA-Trinity as Westons Manor, is a residential reintegration community residence in Weston Mills, New York, for men 18 and older who are moving from more intensive addiction treatment back into everyday life. CASA-Trinity runs prevention, treatment, recovery, and outreach services across five counties, and they treat the whole person rather than only the substance use disorder. This 16-bed home is certified by New York State OASAS as an 820 residential program and is staffed around the clock. The focus is on building independent living skills, protecting early recovery, and supporting long-term wellness in a substance-free setting.
Residents take part in in-house groups, vocational services, and recreational activities. They also connect with support in the wider community, such as outpatient treatment and self-help meetings, so they can practice recovery while gradually taking on more independence. Because Weston Manor is part of a larger network, it sits within a continuum that includes Willow House, a 20-bed co-ed residential program in Weston Mills, a 28-day inpatient program in Hornell, and outpatient medication for opioid use disorder, including methadone, in Olean. Peer support and wellness activities are offered across CASA-Trinity sites to help people build lasting connections in recovery.
