Western Pacific Med Corp is an outpatient narcotic treatment program with a clinic in Mission Viejo, California, part of a network of sites across Orange, Los Angeles, and Ventura counties. They have provided opioid treatment continuously since 1979 and focus on medication-assisted treatment that pairs methadone or buprenorphine with counseling. Their mission is to serve any eligible person in an affordable, culturally sensitive, and non-discriminatory way. They are Drug/Medi-Cal certified, licensed by the DEA, SAMHSA, and DHCS, and accredited by the Council on Accreditation.

Patients can choose between methadone maintenance and buprenorphine-based therapies with guidance from clinicians, and naloxone is also available. Daily dosing is used to ease withdrawal and cravings and help people stabilize early in recovery. Every patient receives individual substance use counseling aimed at underlying trauma, coping skills, and rebuilding ties with family and community, while some locations also offer group and family sessions. Additional services include medical screening and supervision, coordinated care for pregnant patients, case management, relapse prevention, discharge planning, guest dosing for traveling patients, and medication support for alcohol dependence.
