Victory Recovery Partners is an outpatient addiction and mental health provider with a location in Shirley, New York, part of a network of more than ten centers across Long Island and New York City. They treat primary substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring diagnoses, with particular focus on opioid, alcohol, and cocaine or other stimulant use. Founded and staffed by physicians, psychiatrists, and board-certified addiction doctors, they bring medication-assisted treatment, counseling, psychiatric care, and basic medical care together in one place. Their levels of care include standard outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient detox for alcohol and benzodiazepines when medically appropriate, aftercare planning, and telehealth, including a virtual IOP option.

Their MAT program offers Suboxone, along with monthly Vivitrol and Sublocade injections, and moves through intake, induction, maintenance visits every four weeks, and eventual stabilization, when tapering off medication may be considered; prescriptions are filled at outside pharmacies. The IOP typically runs 6 to 12 weeks, with three to four sessions a week of about three hours each, combining individual and group therapy, CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, and medication management. Each patient is paired with a personal recovery partner who coordinates their care, and enrolled patients can also use wellness services such as physical exams, health assessments, and help managing conditions like hepatitis C or hypertension. They keep no waiting lists, aim to see new patients within 24 to 48 hours, accept all insurance plans, and can help uninsured patients enroll in coverage or arrange self-pay rates.
