About Victory Clinical Services
Victory Clinical Services is a state-licensed, CARF-accredited medication-assisted recovery program with a clinic in Battle Creek, Michigan, part of a network of locations across Michigan and Indiana. They focus mainly on opioid use disorder and pair FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral health support, with an emphasis on affordable, evidence-based care. Patients can receive methadone maintenance, buprenorphine (Suboxone or Subutex) maintenance, and monthly Vivitrol injections, along with medically supervised withdrawal from methadone or Suboxone through gradual dose reductions on an outpatient basis. Vivitrol is also available to help people with alcohol dependence cut back on heavy drinking when combined with counseling.
Care begins with a medical and psychosocial assessment that shapes an individualized plan, delivered by a team of physicians, nurses, and certified substance abuse counselors. Their clinical approach draws on harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and substance use counseling, offered through individual and group sessions alongside addiction and life skills education. Ongoing support includes case management, peer recovery services, referrals, relapse prevention, aftercare planning, and random urinalysis and breathalyzer testing for accountability. They also provide coordinated treatment for pregnant patients, HIV and hepatitis C screening, Accudetox, and home health services, though availability can differ from one clinic to another.
