About Triumph Treatment Services
Triumph Treatment Services is a community provider in Washington’s Yakima Valley offering a continuum of care for substance use and mental health disorders to individuals and families across the state. Their work rests on the belief that addiction and mental health can’t be treated separately, so their inpatient programs address both together, with particular attention to how trauma shapes substance use. Men receive co-occurring inpatient care at the James Oldham Treatment Center. Women can choose an intensive inpatient program or long-term residential treatment for pregnant and parenting mothers, and outpatient substance use treatment is available in groups or one-on-one, either in person or by telehealth.
For opioid use, their medication-assisted treatment lets people begin recovery without waiting for detox, using Suboxone, Brixadi, Sublocade, or Vivitrol alongside take-home withdrawal support kits, peer recovery support, and help coordinating other services. Adults 18 and older can also receive outpatient mental health care for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, and co-occurring conditions, with individual, group, and family therapy plus medication management from an onsite psychiatric nurse practitioner. Beyond clinical care, they offer case-managed emergency, transitional, and permanent housing, as well as a Parent-Child Assistance Program that helps mothers stay in recovery and build a stable home. Care starts with an assessment of about two hours, available on a walk-in basis, and they accept Washington Apple Health plans and several private insurers but not Medicare, and no one is turned away for inability to pay.
