TCN Behavioral Health Services is a non-profit behavioral health agency based in Fairborn, Ohio, that has served Greene County since 1990 and now operates outpatient sites across Champaign, Greene, Logan, Miami, and Montgomery counties. They treat substance use and mental health conditions together, using a harm reduction philosophy that lets clients help set their own treatment goals, and they aim to serve people regardless of ability to pay. Their substance use continuum includes partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), SOP I and II, aftercare, relapse prevention, dual diagnosis recovery, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), along with residential treatment and certified recovery housing.

For men 18 and older who need high-intensity residential care under ASAM criteria, their 16-bed Christopher House offers individualized treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, with opioid dependence treatment, MAT, psychiatric assessment, counseling, and case management. Residents also build practical skills through relapse prevention, budgeting, parenting and anger management courses, family education, GED assistance, and vocational support, and they join weekly recreational outings and local 12-step meetings. After graduation, clients step down gradually into outpatient care and Ohio Recovery Housing certified homes ranging from Level III to Level I, with separate homes now available for women. Getting started is easier through walk-in assessment clinics open six days a week, in person or by telehealth, while active clients can use twice-weekly no-appointment SUN clinics and a 24-hour crisis line.
