Synergy Recovery Center is a private, women-only residential rehab in Rogersville, Missouri, built around gender-responsive, trauma-informed care for drug and alcohol addiction alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. They treat alcohol, opioid, sedative, stimulant, and cannabis use disorders, along with co-occurring depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and PTSD. Their residential program is designed for a 30 to 60 day stay, and women can move through recovery at their own pace rather than being rushed back into daily life. After residential treatment, continued outpatient care is available through their affiliated Synergy Counseling Center, and some women may need detox or medical clearance before admission.

Treatment blends evidence-based therapy, the traditional 12-step model, medication-assisted treatment, holistic health practices, and trauma services such as EMDR, with the goal of addressing the root causes of addiction. Caseloads are kept small, so each woman meets with her counselor at least three times a week and takes part in about 55 hours of structured groups, interactive education classes, and holistic activities each week. Family or couples counseling usually happens in the third and fourth weeks but can be scheduled around each client’s needs, and an on-site registered nurse provides health screenings as needed. Nutrition and healthy living are part of daily routines, and the center is accredited by The Joint Commission.
