About Stoneridge Centers for

StoneRidge Centers in Prescott Valley, Arizona, is a combined mental health and addiction treatment center built around brain-focused care. They treat dependence on alcohol, opioids, heroin, benzodiazepines, prescription drugs, and marijuana, often alongside depression, anxiety, or other co-occurring conditions. Care runs from inpatient medically monitored detox and psychiatric stabilization (Emersion) through partial hospitalization (Reclaim), intensive outpatient (Restart), and outpatient (Flex), with an evening option for people balancing work or family. Every level is offered at the same center, and TRICARE/TriWest is accepted.

Each patient starts with nursing, psychiatric, and clinical assessments, and a triple-board-certified medical director determines which treatments fit their plan. What sets StoneRidge apart is their Neuro+ Plus track, which pairs transcranial magnetic stimulation, medically monitored ketamine therapy, neurofeedback, and qEEG brain mapping with established therapies such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR. TMS is FDA cleared for depression that hasn’t responded to medication, while ketamine is used off label for severe, treatment-resistant depression. Daily programming also includes process groups, relapse-focused work on recognizing negative thought patterns, medication education, case management for life skills and employment, nutrition lessons, movement and mindfulness, creative arts, MUSE meditation, and goal-setting workshops.
