About Stable Community Services
Stable Community Services is a nonprofit social service agency in Burlington City, New Jersey, that offers outpatient addiction treatment for adults alongside broader community support. Founded in 2012, with services expanded to Ghana in 2024, they focus on helping individuals and families with limited resources build stable, healthy lives by teaching values, principles, and practical life skills. Their substance use care includes standard outpatient services and an intensive outpatient program, both open to adults 18 and older.
The intensive outpatient program meets in the evening three days a week, which can make treatment more manageable for people balancing work or family obligations. They also treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, so both concerns can be addressed in the same program. Beyond their clinical services, they host themed activities Sunday through Friday, covering spirituality, meditation, therapeutic sessions, wellness, reflection, and fitness.
