Libertas Treatment Center in Marinette, Wisconsin, is an outpatient substance use disorder program for adults and teenagers, operated as a department of the Franciscan Catholic Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS). They treat alcohol, opioid (including prescription painkillers, fentanyl, and heroin), methamphetamine, and other drug addictions, along with co-occurring mental health conditions. Their care is person-centered and holistic, attending to mind, body, and spirit, with a particular focus on making treatment easier to reach for people in rural Northeast Wisconsin. Services include individual counseling, an intensive outpatient program, and continuing care, and they help arrange inpatient, residential, or sober living placements when someone needs a higher level of support.

Care starts with a phone screen and then a full assessment by a licensed substance use counselor covering medical, psychological, spiritual, and substance use history to determine the right level of care.
