About Solas Health PLLC
Solas Health PLLC is an outpatient addiction medicine and pain management practice with a clinic in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and additional locations in Pinehurst, Raleigh, Lumberton, and Smithfield. Led by Dr. Francis C. Corrigan, they have spent more than 20 years treating adults 18 and older for opioid use disorder, including fentanyl and heroin, as well as alcohol and methamphetamine addiction. Their approach blends medication, counseling, and community support, and they recognize that chronic pain and addiction often overlap. Most appointments happen through telehealth, so North Carolina residents can get care at home or visit a local clinic in person.
Medication-assisted treatment is the core of their program, using buprenorphine (Suboxone, Subutex, and Sublocade) and naltrexone (Vivitrol and ReVia) following ASAM guidelines. They welcome pregnant patients, people who have been through several inpatient programs without lasting success, first-time patients, and those who want to switch from methadone to buprenorphine. Individual and group counseling is available, and a case manager can help connect patients with resources for housing, employment, education, and healthcare. Counselors also treat co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and OCD, and patients are encouraged to build their own recovery path through 12-step or non-12-step groups, church, yoga, or other spiritual practices. They accept commercial insurance, Medicare, and North Carolina Medicaid.
