About Sobermans Estate

Soberman’s Estate is a private residential treatment center for adult men in Cave Creek, Arizona, set on a five-acre property in the Sonoran Desert north of Phoenix. They focus on professional men, including licensed professionals and public figures roughly 30 to 80 years old, who are struggling with alcohol, opioids, cocaine, methamphetamine, ketamine, prescription drugs, or other substances. They also treat co-occurring trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and process addictions. The program is state-licensed and nationally accredited, and it blends clinical, medical, holistic, and spiritual care with a strong emphasis on privacy.

With no more than 10 clients and a staff of over 40, each man gets a personalized plan and at least three individual sessions a week with a licensed therapist. Group work covers communication, somatic responses to trauma, grief, family dynamics, and barriers to staying sober. Trauma care includes Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an eye-movement approach, alongside equine therapy, music therapy, supervised fitness, guided hikes, and biweekly massage and acupuncture. Registered nurses are on site around the clock, clients may keep their phones and laptops, and lifetime alumni and family support come at no extra cost. They also run a comprehensive evaluation program for impaired professionals that produces diagnoses, fitness-for-duty findings, and level-of-care recommendations for licensing boards.
