About Serenity Lane
Serenity Lane is a private nonprofit addiction treatment provider that has served Oregon since 1973, with an outpatient office in Eugene and a residential campus in nearby Coburg. They treat adults 18 and older for alcohol and drug use, including fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, Adderall, and marijuana, and they provide care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Their continuum includes medically supervised detox, residential treatment, long-term residential care, day treatment (partial hospitalization), Level I outpatient, Level II intensive outpatient, and DUII services. Their approach centers on individualized treatment plans, and they admit seven days a week, sometimes on the same day.
Group therapy is the core of their residential program, with groups meeting each weekday morning and afternoon and individual counseling added when needed. New patients are paired with a peer mentor who is further along in treatment, and a spiritual advisor is available for those who want that support, though it is entirely optional. For opioid use disorder, their medication-assisted treatment combines naltrexone, buprenorphine, or methadone with clinical therapy, family education, and ongoing monitoring across levels of care, under a medical director certified in addiction medicine. They also run long-term residential care for people prone to relapse or required to complete a set length of treatment, along with specialty tracks for first responders and healthcare professionals, a family program, licensure and employment monitoring, and an alumni program.
