Safe Future LLC is an outpatient behavioral health agency in North Miami, Florida, that has offered substance use and mental health services to people in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties since 2016. Founded by psychiatric nurse Carol Joy Biggs, they focus on teaching healthy behaviors that help people prevent addiction and sustain recovery. They are licensed by the State of Florida and accredited by The Joint Commission. They serve children, adolescents, adults, and families, and they offer evaluations, outpatient counseling, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR).

Their adult outpatient program is built around individual counseling, group counseling, and family sessions, with random drug screening for clients working on substance use. Psychiatric care is led by a medical director who is board-certified in both general psychiatry and addiction medicine and who uses a bio-psycho-social-spiritual model, which helps people managing co-occurring conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. Certified behavioral health case managers help clients with Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, food assistance, and housing, and they coordinate medical and social services. Spanish speakers can join a dedicated Spanish-language therapy group.
