They treat drug and alcohol addiction, including polysubstance use, using a biopsychosocial and spiritual model that looks at physical, mental, social, and spiritual health together. Across the network, care ranges from medical detox and residential inpatient treatment to partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and sober living.

Medication-assisted detox typically lasts 4 or 8 days, followed by a residential stay of two weeks or 30 days that includes about five hours of group therapy daily, weekly individual sessions, and holistic services. A 12-week aftercare track then steps down gradually: four weeks of partial hospitalization with full-day weekday groups and Saturday sessions, followed by eight weeks of intensive outpatient split into two phases, with outpatient care and sober living available from one month to over a year. Because guests stay within one network as they move between levels, they can keep the same peers and therapists instead of starting over at each stage, and each treatment plan reflects their diagnoses, relapse history, and trauma history. They also run a Native American program whose plant-teaching groups draw on Coast Salish culture, using storytelling, sharing circles, and horticultural practices to build mindfulness, self-awareness, and distress tolerance.
