Rosecrance Jackson Centers in Sioux City, Iowa, is the residential campus of Rosecrance’s Iowa network, one of the state’s largest addiction treatment providers. They treat substance use and mental health conditions in adolescents and adults, and they place real weight on preparing families, not just clients, for life after treatment. Levels of care include residential treatment for both adults and adolescents, intensive outpatient, standard outpatient, halfway houses, apartments, and community crisis and housing services across 13 Iowa locations, with virtual options available. Their programs are designed with teens, adults, women with children, veterans, frontline workers, and first responders in mind.

Their intensive outpatient track typically runs about nine hours of group counseling a week for eight to 10 weeks, then steps down to roughly five hours weekly for four weeks before moving into individualized continuing care. Along the way, clients work on relapse prevention, trigger management, family support, and building recovery connections, including an introduction to 12-Step meetings. People with co-occurring disorders can receive dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help with emotional regulation. Outpatient therapy services add individual, group, family, and couples counseling, along with medication-assisted treatment (MAT), psychiatric care, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems therapy, and alumni programs for ongoing support.
