Their programming is grounded in 12-step principles, but clients can choose the support path that suits them, including AA, NA, SMART Recovery, Dharma Recovery, or Celebrate Recovery. Many team members are in recovery themselves. Care spans inpatient medical detox, outpatient (ambulatory) detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and standard outpatient, with placement guided by ASAM criteria at intake.
Detox for alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, and stimulants happens on-site, so clients can move straight into residential care with the same clinical team. Residential days follow a set routine of individual therapy built mainly on CBT and DBT, group work on relapse prevention, coping skills, and emotional regulation, and on-site psychiatric care with medication management, along with fitness, yoga, and nutrition support. Their IOP runs in three-hour sessions three to five days a week, with day and evening options, and can include medication-assisted treatment with Suboxone, naltrexone, or Vivitrol. They also offer a family program, a dedicated track for veterans and active-duty service members, and an individualized aftercare plan for each client stepping out of structured care.
