Revive Detox is a six-bed, physician-supervised detox and residential addiction treatment home in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles, open since 2014. They are Joint Commission accredited and state licensed, and they treat drug and alcohol addiction, including opioid, fentanyl, benzodiazepine, and alcohol dependence, along with co-occurring mental health conditions. Their approach treats recovery as physical, mental, and spiritual, so clients generally start with medically managed withdrawal and then continue into structured residential care. They are in network with Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, UBH, and Health Net.

Because the house holds only six clients, with at least three staff for every client, care stays highly individual. A medical director oversees each stay alongside a nurse practitioner, licensed nurses, and EMTs, and medication-assisted options such as Suboxone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, Vivitrol, and Sublocade support opioid withdrawal and relapse prevention. Clinical work includes individual and group therapy and dual diagnosis care, and clients can follow a 12-step path, a non-12-step approach, or alternative methods. Stays also feature nutrition therapy built around whole foods and supplements, sound baths, meditation, and breathwork, plus family guidance and hands-on planning for the next stage of recovery after discharge.
