About Residential Trt Servs of Alamance Inc
Residential Treatment Services of Alamance (RTSA) is a nonprofit in Burlington, North Carolina, serving adult men and women with substance use disorders, mental illness, or both. They began in 1971 as Wesley Hall of Alamance and have spent more than 50 years offering 24-hour services in a structured, supportive setting. They believe treatment works and that recovery is possible for anyone, and they build individualized plans meant to give each person the resources for a lasting recovery.
Their services include detox and crisis care, the Crestview Group Homes, and the Mebane Street Recovery Home, so people can find support at different stages of recovery. Many staff members have their own lived experience with recovery, and families are encouraged to take part alongside community connections that support long-term success. Admission is open through referrals from physicians, hospitals, and behavioral health providers, as well as from family members or the individual. They accept several North Carolina Medicaid plans, including Vaya, Alliance, Trillium, Partners, AmeriHealth Caritas, and Healthy Blue, and eligible people may qualify for financial assistance.
