Relevance Recovery, also known as Relevance Behavioral Health, is a family-owned addiction and mental health treatment center in Freehold, New Jersey, run by the Regan family since 2012. They treat substance use, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders, blending evidence-based clinical work with holistic, experiential, and spiritual practices that address the whole person. Their continuum includes detox placement through partner facilities, inpatient rehab, a partial care program, day and evening intensive outpatient, standard outpatient, virtual treatment, and aftercare with supportive housing. They also offer SPRAVATO® (esketamine) for depression and related conditions.

The partial care program meets several hours a day on multiple days each week without overnight stays, combining individual, group, and family therapy with medication management, life skills and relapse prevention workshops, and practices such as mindfulness, yoga, art, and fitness. For people balancing work, school, or family, the evening IOP runs three to four sessions a week and centers on cognitive behavioral therapy, relapse prevention planning, and stress management. Other modalities include EMDR, motivational interviewing, medication-assisted treatment, biofeedback, and adventure-based therapy, along with specialty tracks for expecting mothers, LGBTQ clients, first responders, veterans, and those who need kosher accommodations. After treatment, they stay in touch with clients and monitor their progress for more than 18 months while connecting them to a sober community.
