Red Rock Behavioral Health Services in Chickasha, Oklahoma, is an outpatient office and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) clinic run by a nonprofit community mental health organization founded in 1974. They are one of Oklahoma’s largest community mental health centers and among the state’s first Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics, offering integrated care for both substance use and mental health concerns. Their services are CARF-accredited and partially funded by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. They accept Medicaid, offer a sliding fee scale, and do not turn anyone away solely because they cannot pay.
The MAT program is designed for people recovering from opioid use disorder, combining medication with counseling and support from physicians, APRNs, behavioral health professionals, and peer recovery support specialists. Outpatient care includes individual, group, and family counseling, along with case management and psychiatric services. For people involved with the legal system, Red Rock runs court-related programs such as Drug Court, Mental Health Court, Veterans Court, Family Treatment Court, and jail diversion, which offer treatment as an alternative to incarceration. Across their wider network, they also provide a 24/7 virtual crisis line, adult and children’s crisis units, urgent recovery centers, and Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinics for post-9/11 veterans, service members, and their families.
