Recovery Pathways, LLC is an outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment provider serving Gladwin, Michigan, as part of a network of offices across mid-Michigan. Since 2009, they have treated adolescents and adults dealing with addiction to opioids, alcohol, stimulants, and other substances, along with co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD. Their approach treats addiction and mental illness as progressive but treatable conditions, and they place real weight on family involvement, education, and building on each person’s strengths. They are licensed by the state, accredited by The Joint Commission, and follow ASAM criteria in planning care.

Medication-assisted treatment is a core part of their program, using SUBOXONE, Sublocade, VIVITROL, and Brixadi alongside individual, group, and family and couples counseling, with GeneSight genetic testing available to help guide medication choices. Therapy options include CBT, DBT, EMDR, and play therapy for younger clients, supported by case management, recovery coaching, and relapse prevention work. Specialty offerings include a Substance Use Disorder Health Home for coordinated care, a state-funded contingency management program that rewards Medicaid and Healthy Michigan Plan members for meeting treatment goals, a women’s specialty program focused on parenting and trauma, and Bridge the Gap, a partnership with community paramedics that helps people start medication and support right after an emergency visit or at home. They also provide harm reduction supplies such as Narcan and testing strips, and teens 14 and older can receive a limited course of confidential care without parental consent.
