Recovery in Motion Treatment Center is an outpatient program in Tucson, Arizona, that has treated adults for addiction and mental health conditions together since 2015. Their approach is built around integrated dual diagnosis care, coordinating substance use treatment with psychiatry, therapy, and life skills under one plan. They treat alcohol, opioid, stimulant, and benzodiazepine use disorders, including heroin, fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, and prescription drug misuse, along with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and personality disorders. Care is offered through a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and aftercare with alumni support.

PHP provides a full daytime schedule of groups, individual sessions, skills practice, and psychiatric evaluation with medication management for people who need daily structure without an inpatient stay, while IOP offers a lighter weekly schedule, with daytime and evening options, so clients can keep up with work, school, and family. Therapy draws on CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, family therapy, life skills coaching, and holistic wellness services, and every client builds a written relapse prevention plan covering triggers, coping tools, and emergency steps. Their MAT program uses Suboxone and monthly Sublocade injections for opioid use disorder, paired with counseling, regular dose reviews, drug screening when indicated, and taper planning when it is safe. They also help connect clients with safe housing and community resources and are in network with AHCCCS/Banner, Blue Cross Blue Shield, TRICARE, and TriWest.
