Quest 2 Recovery is a small, private residential treatment program in Quartz Hill, California, serving adults from Lancaster, Palmdale, and the Antelope Valley, as well as nearby parts of Los Angeles and Kern counties. They treat dependence on alcohol, opioids such as fentanyl and heroin, benzodiazepines, cocaine, methamphetamine, and prescription stimulants, often alongside co-occurring conditions like depression, anxiety, or trauma. Care follows one continuum under the same team, moving from medical detox into residential treatment, dual diagnosis care, and medication-assisted treatment without transfers between facilities. The 12-bed, home-like setting is state licensed and Joint Commission accredited, and they work with most major PPO plans but do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.

Each stay begins with a clinical assessment of substance use, physical and mental health, and personal history, which shapes an individualized plan. Daily residential life combines individual and group therapy built on cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, supported by onsite medical care, a wellness coach, yoga, and recreation, while MAT pairs FDA-approved medication with counseling for opioid and alcohol use disorders. They also run a program for veterans and service members that addresses PTSD and related concerns, and they help families plan interventions. A case manager stays involved from admission through discharge planning, and after treatment, alumni receive monthly clinical check-ins, community events, and help connecting to outpatient care and sober living.
