They use the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria to place each person at the right intensity of treatment, then step them down to less structured care as recovery progresses. Their half-day intensive outpatient program lets people keep working or attending school while receiving individual therapy such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT, plus groups focused on relapse prevention, trauma, grief, anger management, and dual diagnosis. Residential stays can be as short as two to four weeks or extend beyond 120 days, and they include family therapy and an interactive program called R1. Yoga, mindfulness, and expressive arts complement the clinical work, and connections to AA, NA, SMART Recovery, and Refuge Recovery, along with a written aftercare plan and an alumni network, support people after discharge.
