About Pacific Ridge
Pacific Ridge is a private residential drug and alcohol treatment center on 18 rural acres in Jefferson, Oregon, between Salem and the wider Willamette Valley, and they have served Oregon families since 1995. They view chemical dependency as a treatable disease, work toward complete abstinence, and offer medically supervised detox followed by inpatient rehab. They treat addiction to alcohol, fentanyl, heroin and other opioids, methamphetamine, cocaine, prescription drugs, and marijuana. Length of stay is set by each person’s needs rather than a fixed schedule, and residents are referred to outpatient providers near home when they leave.
During detox, the medical team uses medication-assisted treatment, including symptom-based dosing for alcohol withdrawal and medications such as buprenorphine for opioid withdrawal, along with round-the-clock monitoring. Residential care combines individual counseling, group therapy, nutrition education, physical fitness, and a structured daily routine, and they coordinate with mental health practitioners for residents with co-occurring conditions. Family members are encouraged to take part from intake through discharge, and family sessions are included at no extra charge. The certified counseling staff includes many people in recovery themselves, and they accept many private insurance plans but are not currently accepting the Oregon Health Plan.
