Otis R. Bowen Center for Human Services, now operating as Bowen Health, is a community healthcare organization serving Plymouth and much of northeast and north central Indiana. They bring addiction recovery together with mental health care, primary care, dentistry, and life skills services, so people can address mind and body in one place. Their addiction services cover opioid and alcohol use disorders, along with smoking cessation, compulsive gambling, sexual addiction, and eating disorders. Levels of care can include detoxification, hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment.

Care plans are tailored to each person and may combine medication-assisted treatment with individual counseling, group therapy, and family education and support. They also run programs for teens, as well as transitional living, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, and crisis receiving and stabilization services, with a 24-hour crisis line and walk-in crisis help.
