Operation PAR Inc is a long-running Florida nonprofit addiction treatment provider whose network includes medication-assisted treatment clinics in the Fort Myers area of Lee County. For more than 50 years, they have helped individuals and families affected by substance use, treating alcohol, opioid, and other drug use alongside mental health concerns. Their approach addresses the physical, psychological, and emotional sides of addiction. Across their locations, they offer medical detox, residential treatment, outpatient services, MAT, telehealth, and prevention programs for children and families.

Their Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS) program helps people dependent on opioids such as heroin, OxyContin, and fentanyl, pairing methadone, buprenorphine, or Vivitrol with counseling and behavioral therapy to lower the risk of relapse and overdose. MAPS patients receive a behavioral assessment, a physical exam with lab work, an individualized plan, and specialized options during pregnancy, and every MAPS clinic accepts Medicaid and holds CARF accreditation. For those who need 24-hour support, their Pinellas County residential programs serve adults and adolescents with gender-specific groups, anger management, and creative arts therapy, and adolescents can continue their high school or vocational education onsite.
