OnTrack, now operating as Continuum Behavioral Health & Recovery Services, is a Medford, Oregon, behavioral health organization offering addiction and mental health treatment across Jackson and Josephine Counties. Their care is trauma-informed, person-centered, family-centered, and culturally responsive, and they treat substance use disorders, mental health conditions, gambling problems, and co-occurring disorders. For people with severe mental illness, substance use, and justice involvement, the referral-based Recovery 360 day program provides 35 hours a week of treatment groups, mindfulness, art, and physical activity. Outpatient clinics offer evening and Saturday hours, adolescent treatment, peer support, and, in Medford, Spanish-language services and child watch, while emergency lodging with case management helps unsafely housed people bridge the wait for a residential bed.
