Their levels of care include adult residential treatment, a residential program for parents with young children, intensive outpatient (9 to 16 hours a week), general outpatient (2 to 5 hours a week), and sober housing. Cost is often manageable: treatment is free for low-income Salt Lake residents, and they accept in-network commercial insurance, Medicaid, and affordable cash rates.

In adult residential care, licensed therapists address co-occurring conditions such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma, while residents build daily life skills, take on peer leadership roles, and can earn a GED or receive vocational services through a partnership with the Salt Lake City School District.
