About Oasis Treatment Center
Oasis Treatment Center is an outpatient substance use treatment provider in Orange City, Florida, and one of five locations they operate across Volusia County, alongside South Daytona, Edgewater, Port Orange, and Daytona Beach. They are accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families to treat both adults and young people affected by drug and alcohol use. Executive Director Susan Clark, who is herself in long-term recovery, founded the program around respect, dignity, and evidence-based care. Because all services are outpatient, clients can work on their recovery while continuing to live at home and stay involved in their community.
Care begins with a bio-psychosocial assessment that looks at a person’s emotional, mental, and social circumstances to build an individualized plan aimed at the underlying causes of substance use. From there, treatment blends one-on-one counseling with group sessions, including specialized substance use groups led by certified counselors and facilitators who emphasize peer connection and shared experience. A separate, age-appropriate track serves adolescents. They also conduct DUI and court-ordered evaluations, which makes them a practical option for people working through probation, license reinstatement, or other legal requirements tied to substance use.
