About Oak Integrated Care

Oaks Integrated Care is a New Jersey behavioral health organization with a program in Mount Holly, and they serve children, adults, and families across the state who are living with addiction, mental illness, or developmental disabilities. Their addiction services support people struggling with opioids, alcohol, and other substances, as well as those facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The goal is long-term recovery that helps people break the cycle of repeated treatment episodes, and families are included in that support.

One of their core offerings is partial care, a structured program for adults with mental illness that combines mental health, addiction, and co-occurring services with group and individual sessions and psychiatric support. The program serves a wide age range, from young adults in transition to seniors who need specialized care, and aims to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and improve day-to-day functioning. Participants work with staff to build a personalized wellness and recovery plan, with peer support and relationship-building as part of the process. Trauma-informed care guides their work, so staff recognize and respond with compassion to the ways past loss and painful experiences can shape a person’s recovery.
