Morning Glory Behavioral Health is an outpatient mental health and addiction treatment center in Neptune, New Jersey, serving people across the Jersey Shore. They treat co-occurring mental illness and substance use, including problems with alcohol, cocaine, benzodiazepines, heroin, fentanyl, meth, and other opioids. Their services include a mental health partial care program and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for teens and adolescents, with both day and evening hours. They also offer free transportation throughout Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex Counties and help clients find housing and enroll in insurance, including Medicaid.

Every client receives a full psychiatric evaluation from a licensed psychiatrist, who works with the treatment team to build an individualized plan that may include medication. Counseling takes place in individual, group, and family sessions, in person or by phone or video, and draws on cognitive-behavioral therapy, relapse prevention, stress and anger management, the WRAP model, and Illness Management and Recovery. For addiction specifically, they assist with Suboxone treatment and work with New Jersey’s IDRC and SAI programs. Case management helps with benefits, housing, food, and medication, while prevocational training, psychoeducation, life skills, and social and recreational activities support a steady return to work, family, and community life.
