Harbor MAT is an outpatient medication-assisted treatment program in Brick, New Jersey, for adults with opioid addiction, including people who also have co-occurring mental health conditions. Their approach centers on stabilizing patients with medication so they can stop the cycle of withdrawal and illicit use, and then build a steadier life in recovery. Care options include methadone, Suboxone, and Subutex, along with counseling, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and psychiatric services.
