Modern Recovery Services is an Arizona-based telehealth program that delivers structured addiction and mental health treatment online, so adults and teens ages 12 to 17 can get care from home. They treat alcohol and drug dependency alongside conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, eating disorders, and ADHD, and they offer dual diagnosis care for people facing both at once. Their philosophy goes beyond weekly therapy. They wrap clinical sessions in peer support, family involvement, and practical help, so people can stay sober while keeping up with work, school, and family life.

Adults choose three-hour morning, midday, or evening sessions three to five days a week, typically over four to six weeks, while teens attend evening sessions at least three days a week. Care combines individual, group, and family therapy with masters-level clinicians, using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and exposure therapy. Each participant is paired with a recovery coach, a peer specialist with lived experience who is available by call or message for guidance between sessions. Psychiatric consultations, medication management, case management, academic and vocational support, and aftercare round out the program, and they are in-network with insurers including Blue Cross Blue Shield.
