MFI Recovery Center in San Jacinto, California, is part of a CARF-accredited, 501(c)(3) nonprofit behavioral health organization serving adults and adolescents across the Inland Empire, with locations in Riverside, Banning, Murrieta, and Hemet as well. They treat substance use disorders alongside mental health and family problems, and they also provide primary health care. Their services span withdrawal management, residential treatment, and outpatient care, along with aftercare. A core belief is that everyone deserves a chance at recovery regardless of ability to pay, and they view recovery as a lifelong process best supported in a safe, confidential, drug-free setting.

Family involvement is central to their model, and Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) is offered for adolescents. Their network includes gender-specific residential programs, such as detox and residential care for women and for women with children, a men’s apartment-style residential program with 24-hour monitoring, and a program for mature women. Medication-assisted treatment with Suboxone, Subutex, Vivitrol, naltrexone, and acamprosate is paired with counseling and case management, and psychiatrists monitor clients with co-occurring depression or anxiety. Pregnant women can receive MAT along with parent coaching, and the organization also offers parenting classes, relapse prevention, individual and couples counseling, and employee assistance services.
