They also handle court-related needs, including Kentucky DUI assessments and classes, drug court services, and residential stays that can earn eligible clients time off their sentences.
Their Park Place Recovery Center is a 35-bed, CARF-accredited ASAM Level 3.5 residential program for people with advanced or long-term addiction, built around individualized goal setting, therapy and education groups, family sessions, frequent 12-step meetings, and weekly aftercare once the stay ends. Other residential options include Genesis, a 16-bed program for co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions, Trilogy, a 100-bed recovery program for women, and a 50-bed program for homeless veterans referred through the VA that pairs treatment with vocational training. On the outpatient side, an office-based opioid treatment program combines medication support with 12-step principles, and services include Vivitrol, psychiatric evaluation, peer specialists who are in recovery themselves, and case management, including support during pregnancy. For the next step after treatment, they offer recovery-oriented sober housing and Haven4Change, a structured living program that helps women stay sober while working to regain custody of their children.
