Their day treatment program is the most structured option, running 3 to 6 hours a day, five days a week, with individual, group, and family therapy, psychiatric services, medical oversight, and peer support woven together. Sessions cover relapse prevention, trauma-informed care, motivational work, coping and life skills, and spiritual guidance, and each client leaves with an aftercare plan. Intensive outpatient meets for 3-hour groups three days a week, with morning, afternoon, and evening schedules plus a fully virtual track over Zoom, and every client is paired with a primary therapist for one-on-one sessions grounded in CBT, DBT, and person-centered techniques. They also run a tobacco recovery program, offered remotely or in person, that combines individualized counseling with medical support and quit aids like nicotine patches and lozenges.
