True North Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia, is an outpatient and residential addiction treatment provider that also offers psychiatric care for people with co-occurring mental health conditions. They treat substance use disorders, including opioid and alcohol use disorders, and place each person in a level of care based on an initial assessment. Their continuum includes ASAM 3.1 low-intensity residential treatment paired with a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Medication-Assisted Treatment, and continuing care. Many services are available both in person and through telehealth, and they operate a second clinic in Fredericksburg.

Their adult IOP involves at least nine hours of weekly treatment, combining group therapy, individual support, psychoeducation, and recovery skill-building, so it can work for people who are employed, in school, or stepping down from residential care or PHP.
