About Integrity Inc

Integrity Inc, better known as Integrity House, is a New Jersey provider of addiction and mental health treatment serving Secaucus as part of a statewide network of programs. For nearly six decades, they have built their care around the Therapeutic Community model, an approach that focuses on lasting lifestyle change, and they now serve more than 3,000 people a year through 16 CARF-accredited residential and outpatient programs. Their continuum includes residential treatment, outpatient and intensive outpatient care, outpatient withdrawal management, and medication-assisted treatment, along with outpatient mental health services, primary care, and help for gambling problems. Beyond formal treatment, they offer supportive housing, outreach and prevention, and harm reduction and recovery support.

Every client is automatically enrolled in their Integrated Care service, which begins with a full health evaluation and then coordinates medications, outside doctors and specialists, appointments, and transportation. The same service connects people with community resources for housing, education, and employment, so practical needs are handled alongside recovery. For pregnant and postpartum women, they run a residential program in Newark where mothers can live with their minor children while receiving medication-assisted treatment and job and education readiness support. Children in that program have access to pediatric care and early childhood development services through local partners, and families work through a parenting curriculum that explores how substance use affects the household and builds nurturing skills.
