About Infinity Health
Infinity Health is a federally qualified health center serving southern Iowa and northern Missouri, with a location in Osceola, Iowa, where substance use counseling and outpatient treatment are offered alongside primary care, behavioral health, and dental services. Founded in 2005 as Community Health Centers of Southern Iowa and renamed in 2022, they focus on making care accessible to rural residents, especially people who are uninsured or underinsured. Patients are seen regardless of their ability to pay, with a sliding fee scale based on household size and income and a 340B drug discount program for those who qualify.
Their outpatient substance use program is designed to help people stop using drugs or alcohol, and treatment can vary in format and length depending on each person’s needs. They also conduct Department of Transportation substance use evaluations for individuals who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol regulation. Because addiction care sits within a wider behavioral health department, patients can also access individual and family therapy, mental health counseling, medication management, and telemedicine visits for those who live far from a clinic. A behavioral health after-hours emergency line and an in-house pharmacy at their Leon office add support between appointments.
