About Infinity Health

Infinity Health is a federally qualified health center serving southern Iowa and northern Missouri, with Centerville among the communities where they offer behavioral health and substance use services. Founded in 2005 as Community Health Centers of Southern Iowa and renamed in 2022, they combine primary medical, dental, pharmacy, and mental health care with outpatient treatment for drug and alcohol problems. Their focus is on rural residents who are uninsured or underinsured, and they see patients regardless of ability to pay. A sliding fee scale based on household size and income, along with a 340B prescription discount program, helps keep care affordable.

Substance use care centers on outpatient treatment meant to help people stop using alcohol or drugs, with the format and length of care adjusted to each person’s situation. Licensed staff also conduct DOT substance use evaluations for people who have violated a Department of Transportation drug and alcohol regulation. Alongside addiction services, patients can receive individual and family therapy, mental health counseling, and medication management, which makes it easier to address co-occurring emotional health concerns in one place. Telemedicine visits are available for people who live far from a clinic, and a dedicated substance use line and an after-hours behavioral health emergency line offer support outside regular appointments.
