About HealthRIGHT 360

HealthRIGHT 360 is a California nonprofit that provides substance use treatment, mental health care, primary medical care, and dental services, with a focus on people who are uninsured or have limited resources. They run more than 50 programs across 10 California counties and hold that everyone deserves care and dignity regardless of income, immigration status, identity, or ability to pay. Their addiction services span a full continuum for adults, youth, and families, including withdrawal management, residential treatment, outpatient care, custody-based programs, sober living, and case management.

Treatment is grounded in evidence-based practices and is gender-responsive, and programs welcome people of any gender identity, with clients noting a supportive environment for the LGBTQ+ community. Care combines individual and group therapy with integrated mental health services, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment, along with primary medical care and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, HIV, and hepatitis B and C. Participants are encouraged to bring family members into therapeutic and recreational activities, and additional support includes specialized services for women, family reunification, parolee and re-entry services, workforce development, and housing referrals. At their health centers, patients can be screened for Medi-Cal and other coverage, and sliding-scale fees are available based on income and family size.
